Preparation for Japanese style fluffy Pancakes making

We kindly ask you to prepare the following ingredients and equipment.
If you have anything not to be able to prepare, let us know in advance and we´ll be happy to suggest the substitute.
We use grams in our recipes.
Please prepare a Scale as possible as you can.

Ingredient (for 3 pieces )

150g All-purpose flour or cake flour
1 Egg
25g ( 3 Tbsp) Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
15g (1+1/3Tbsp) Vegetable oil
120g Milk
a little Salt

Vegetable oil
Butter
Maple syrup

Equipment

Bowl, Rubber spatula, Measuring cup, Teaspoon, Tablespoon, Scale, Ladle, Spatula, Frying-pan

Make sure to prepare the following each ingredients before class.

1) Weigh all-purpose flour, sugar and milk individually.
Using a scale is recommended if possible.
