You’ll learn each step that goes into making the delicious Gyoza dumpling in this class.
We focus on the pan-fried gyoza in this class but you can learn how to wrap the boiled gyoza too when we wrap the gyoza.
You’ll realize the meaning of the different shapes between pan-fried gyoza and boiled gyoza.
The general steps are below,
1) Make gyoza wrapper dough
2) Make gyoza fillings
3) Prepare two styles of dipping sauce
4) Roll out the dough and make the wrapper
5) Wrap the fillings. You learn how to wrap not only pan-fried gyoza but also boiled gyoza.
6) Pan-fry gyoza to finish.
You’ll learn some tips for cooking crispy feeling Yaki gyoza at this time.

And also you’ll learn how to make two styles of dipping sauce.
