
Okonomiyaki is getting worldwide famous as a Japanese pancake.
We have various kinds of Okonomiyaki in Japan.
Osaka style Okonomiyaki and Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki are especially famous.
Here’s the menu we introduce is a kind of Okonomiyaki, but the main ingredients as well as its name are quite different from the original one.
We use a lot of green onion instead of cabbage, and don’t use much flour than the original one.
This is similar to a crepe, but as you can make it crispy by adjusting the amount of oil, you can enjoy various kinds of texture.
As not using a lot of flour, it is recommended for a snack for drinking alcohol.
The short time cooking than Okonomiyaki can be a good point too.
Okonomi means “as you like” in English, so you can add any kind of topping and you can enjoy Negiyaki as you like!

Flour (All-purpose or 8 to 10% protein contents), Egg, Water, Instant Japanese dashi powder, green onion, your favorite toppings, vegetable oil
Scale, Measuring cups, Teaspoon, Bowl, Plastic wrap, Cutting board, Kitchen knife, Frying pan, Spatula, Ladle
