You’ll learn Japanese steamed pork (or veggie) buns making from scratch.
We Osaka people call it “Butaman”, which is one of soul foods for Osaka people as the same as Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki. You’ll make 8 potions of Butaman.

You’ll make buns dough, and while waiting for the dough to rise to about double in size, you’ll make fillings.
